Concrete Scanning At Hospital

Ground Penetrating Radar Systems Phoenix was hired to scan multiple locations at a hospital in Glendale, Arizona. The contractor needed to have the concrete walls scanned prior to core drilling to run conduit lines.

GPRS Arizona scanned each location using radar designed for concrete applications. The ground penetrating radar or “GPR” is the new way to x-ray concrete slabs and walls. The technology is extremely accurate and allows for drilling immediately after mapping of reinforcing steel along with post tension cables and conduits. All results are marked in real time with no delays. No health hazards exist when using GPR which makes it safe for all commercial and residential uses.
